Depending on the service required, motorists may be matched with either a qualified professional provider or a verified Community Helper approved to perform certain basic roadside services.
Community Helpers may earn money assisting motorists with approved services such as jump-starts, spare-tire changes, and tire inflation.
Professional and specially qualified providers will handle services requiring additional equipment, licensing, experience, or specialized capabilities.
Safety, provider eligibility, vehicle requirements, location, equipment, and service type all help determine who can receive a request.
